Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that running a business means things change — and sometimes you may need to adjust or cancel your Sophie subscription. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your Sophie subscription at any time.

To cancel, simply log in to your account and go to Settings → Billing, or email us at hello@sophiehq.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Once you cancel:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • After that, your access will automatically end and no further payments will be charged.

There are no cancellation fees, and you can resubscribe anytime in the future.


2. Refunds

Because Sophie is a subscription-based service that provides immediate access to tools, training, and cloud storage, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or accidental renewals.

However, we know life happens. If you believe there’s been an error with your billing or a unique situation, please reach out within 7 days of the charge — we’ll gladly review it and see what we can do.

Email us at hello@sophiehq.com with:

  • The email linked to your account

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • A short explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


3. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll notify you and try again automatically a few times.
If payments continue to fail, your account may be paused until the issue is resolved. You can update your payment method anytime in your billing settings.


4. Trial Periods & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free trials or special promotional rates.
Once a trial ends, your plan will automatically renew at the regular rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds are not provided for unused trial periods once billing has started.
